If you’ve been struggling to make a health change, you’ve probably received tons of well-meaning advice. But we are not one-size-fits-all, and what works for me may not work for you. As a coach, I will never tell you what to do. Instead, I promise to meet you where you are, and we will work together as a team to map out the personalized strategies that will lead to success for you!
I have worked with clients to help them examine and reduce their alcohol consumption, make healthy diet changes, incorporate safe movement, and uncover their life vision. I am here to offer a safe space to explore the vision you have for your health and your life.

How does coaching work?
Maybe you feel defeated because you’ve already tried everything and nothing seems to work.
We all want to see quick results, and jumping right in and going hard sometimes works. But most of the time, real life and old habits quickly derail any progress you’ve made.
Many people are aware of health changes they should make but are unable to achieve lasting results because they simply don’t know how. They jump straight into action without taking the time to consider all of the ways their life will be different both while making the change, and down the road when the change has become a natural part of their new life.
A health coach can help you with the preparation that will make lasting success more likely. As your health coach, I will meet you where you are to assess your current “Stage of Change” and listen to what actions you are currently ready to take. We will discuss the things you’ve tried in the past, your strengths and resources, and the challenges you might face.
You want to make lifestyle changes for your own reasons and in your own way, and as your coach I totally respect that. Think of me as a fresh set of eyes to help you identify and change the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and an accountability partner when you need a little external motivation.
I’m here to serve as a guide, to first help you get clear on your motivations and the benefits you are hoping to gain from making this change, and second to help you design realistic and achievable weekly goals that will enable you to bring about lasting results.
