Hi, I’m Staci.
I’m a former gray-area drinker turned sobriety enthusiast and board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC).
I work with people who want clarity around their relationship with alcohol, without being pushed to quit or define themselves by it.
Together, we can consciously redesign your relationship with alcohol so it supports the life you want instead of one you’re defaulting to.
If this sounds like you…
– You don’t think you have a “problem,” but alcohol doesn’t feel neutral anymore
– You’ve taken breaks, set rules, or tried to cut back—and still feel confused or conflicted
– You go back and forth between “I’m fine” and “Something feels off”
– You’re tired of overthinking your drinking or negotiating with yourself
– You want to feel confident in social situations without forcing yourself into a label
– You’re curious about who you might be with more clarity and less autopilot
– You value nuance, autonomy, and making choices that actually feel like yours
… You’re in the right place.
You don’t need to quit forever.
You don’t need to hit a breaking point.
You just need a space to explore honestly.
If this question has been quietly following you around, it’s worth paying attention to.

What this IS:
A 1:1 coaching experience focused on awareness, experimentation, and self-trust
A values-led, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with alcohol
Personalized support (no one-size-fits-all rules or prescriptions)
A process designed to help you make intentional choices that align with your life
Support for navigating social situations, stress, and internal conflict around alcohol
This work is collaborative. You set the pace, and we focus on what actually feels true for you.

What this ISN’T:
A sobriety mandate or abstinence challenge
A recovery, rehab, or treatment program
A diagnosis or assessment of addiction
A willpower-based approach or rigid set of rules
A demand to define yourself by a label you don’t want
The goal isn’t to “fix” you or force a specific outcome. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly.
A Note on Safety & Scope
This coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If concerns arise around dependence, withdrawal, trauma, or mental health, I’ll support you in finding appropriate professional care.
Design your best life, without the headache of alcohol.
Sober-Curious Coaching transforms your secret dream into self-knowledge and trust. Here’s what people are saying about my work:

It is so easy to look at a whole problem and to get overwhelmed. Staci really helped me to break up my goals in a way that made them seem manageable and obtainable. She was able to knock me out of the cycle that I was in and look at things in a different way.
-C, client

Staci came to our meetings with open ears, fantastic feedback, and a big dose of compassion that was much appreciated. She helped guide me and figure out goals each time that were clear and concise.
-G, client

When I met with Staci for my sessions, it was 60-90 minutes of uninterrupted time to talk about what was working, what wasn’t working, and what I wanted to change. She gave me honest feedback on what I was doing and why it may/may not work how I wanted it to.
