What does healthy mean to you?

Have you ever really thought about what healthy means to YOU?

It can be hard to even know when we are constantly being bombarded with mixed messages and advertising about what we should be doing to achieve someone else’s definition of health. But the reality is, you get to decide how you would like to feel and take steps towards achieving YOUR version of healthy!

For example, some of my health goals include:

  • Not being in pain
  • Having a clear mind
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Making the time for my priorities- the things that are TRULY important to me

I am in no way close to achieving these goals yet, but I keep them in the back of my mind when I go through my daily life and try to make the decisions that will lead me closer to my goals.
